Danube Construction Design Group (DCDG) started the group provided excellence in design, structural, mechanical, civil engineering and professional services. All of our clients receive personal, responsive attention from the firm’s principals. In addition, the principals are intimately involved in all aspects of every project. Danube Construction Design Group started its own design and engineering services from 2011.
Danube group’s technical staff currently consists of 2 architects and 6 engineers in mechanical, civil, structural and electrical fields and 4 CAD drafters. Our estimating team has multiple years of experience of reading plans and combines technology to provide accurate takeoffs. We can quickly estimate and deliver on time.
Our desire as a firm is to produce clear, well documented construction drawings with a realistic approach to design and detailing. All of our work is geared toward design solutions that are developed with construct ability and budget considerations in mind. We specialize in residential and small commercial buildings, extensions, conversions and renovation.
Danube Construction Design Group has designed building structure on projects in Texas, sign and seal by Certified PE. We have certified PE working on projects in New York, California, and Louisiana.

Danube's Response to COVID-19 Pandemic
Danube Group stands committed to help its employees, customers and community through the COVID-19 pandemic as long as it takes. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Danube has been supporting its employees through our own funding and regardless of whether we receive any aid from the government as a small business or not. At the same time, our engineers and architects have been able to complete most of our design work from home with only minimal necessary site visits. We continue to protect the health and jobs of our staff, as well as push forward the projects of our clients so they will be able to do the same.

ESTIMATION & TAKEOFFS
Danube has provided estimating services on a range of construction, earthwork, engineering landmarks, Gas and Oil Piping. Through our use of the latest software, our Quantity Take-offs help clients bid efficiently and effectively. Through working with Danube, clients can increase the number of bids submitted – a winning strategy in these competitive times. Imagine being able to submit more bids on time without increasing your current team size. We will complete a budget estimate based on historical square foot costs and means data. This type of estimate is good for projects in the design phase, without having the increased cost of a full design build.
Danube also specializes in preparing material takeoffs and material lists for every construction trade. One of our construction estimators will quantify from the blueprints, all the materials and accessories needed for your trade. It will be in Microsoft Excel, in the format you need, so you can send it out to bid quickly.
PROPOSAL PREPARATION
Danube provides technical and price proposal and RFP preparation and submission services. Our staff engineers and full and part time proposal writers work together with our clients to analyze bids and draw plans for a winning proposal. We specialize in technical proposals with various sections, including compliance matrix, methodology and technical approach, company and staff qualifications, past performance, and specialty trades. We also can provide price-to-win analysis based on the market, previous similar projects, and the history of past client’s projects.
In addition, some of our most experienced proposal writers are proficient in self-scoring proposals for federal government, and can assist you in going through the challenges of these special bids.
Government Bid Sourcing
Danube’s opportunity sourcing team for government bids can help your company find your desired bids on time to prepare a winning proposal. We search sam.gov for federal opportunities, and several bid search websites for state and local bids on a regular basis. Our bid sourcing services are flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs and search criteria.
CPM Development
Construction project schedule is the main tool to control and improve the progress of a project. Danube’s certified and experienced schedulers will work with your project manager and his team to develop a professional project schedule based on the Critical Path Method (or CPM). We also provide resource loading, pricing, and weekly update services for the schedules we develop.
Sourcing Subcontractors
One of the services that Danube provides to construction projects is sourcing and selecting subcontractors. We have access to a large pool of construction subcontractors specializing in various trades, and we can recommend suitable subs to your project manager. We also can assist in bidding process to select the right subs for your project, from RFQ writing to scoring and interviewing the subs.
